That ain't nothing. Here in Santa Barbara it ain't uncommon to have 3-4 families livin together trying to make ends meet.

Median house-1.2mill
Median income-30k

Do the math.

RIP to 'em though. That is one way I don't want to go, that and drowning.

when i lived in North Brunswick, NJ that was all the rage. It seemed to be the Indians that did it, 10-15 guys per apartment. They all lived together and sent just about ALL of their money back home to their families.

in GA it seems to be the immigrant workers who do it as well.

it makes sense financially, but could you imagine it. Living with 12 other people in a small house/apartment.

I don't mind it, as long as I don't live near it. A lot of traffic means a lot of noise. I feel for the people, that have to live in a downstairs apartment, underneath that madness.
