America's Army Game

What do you all think of the America's Army game?

It's a free download. 780 meg worth. I'm downloading it now but I've heard that is a very good game. Said to be used for training purposes too.

Info here.

I tried it a couple years ago when it first came out, and it was ok. I'm sure the newer versions are better.

Re: America's Army Game

It's pretty cool. You have to go through training. If you're looking for a regular ol shoot em up this won't be it. At least not until you are through training. It's free, take a look at it. Some of the training exercises are shooting targets, sneaking undetected through woods, etc. But there is also the medial training section, which consists of lectures with tests after it (yeah just like school). If you don't pass, you have to do it again.

I haven't gotten into much past the training. It looks like all of the regular missions are playing online, against/with real people.

Played it for a little while but I found that Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory was more fun and just as free. Haven't looked at it for a while though.

I have the game Return to Castle Wolfenstein that came out a few years ago. I'll check that one out.

Thanks!
