Does it somehow make it an unfair trial if everyone knows (I mean REALLY knows, not just speculation) he murdered these people in cold blood? Does it make any difference at all, in a fair trial, that the jury knows he murdered these people?
I think it's fairer in this case than a case where some psychiatrist hypnotizes an adult to convince this adult that he was raped 45 years ago. Then let some trailer people listen to an attorney’s double talk, convincing them to convict someone they REALLY have no (as in ZERO) proof that a crime was even committed?
A bit far fetched but still comparable. Obvious is obvious. Bubba, in way more than 99% of the time, I would agree with you. But not on this trial.
BTW, why in HELL was a Woman ushering a Man into the courtroom?
