Hmmm... ok, so the dispatcher was reprimanded... now all they need is to charge the woman for inappropriate use of 911 (whatever law(s) that falls under), and they'll be square

did ya'll hear about the one in Conneticut involving a sport bike rider accident and state trooper 911 comments?
