The driver is in BIG trouble, and the young punks that deserve a good ass whipping, not by the driver but by their parents will get nothing. We all know the parents will sue and side with their kids. To bad the pendulum has swing to far the other way. Pretty sad with the lack of respect by some kids.

On the news they said the driver is getting charged with misconduct, and both children are being charged with assault, we'll see how long that charge lasts.
