McRib

Save it or not?

I've never had one.

Re: McRib

They call it a Rib. Yet I have never seen a ribs look like that, so that must mean it was molded into that shape. So it must have been some kind of a liquid at one time.

Sheep is right, you will want more. (and they are tastey)

Re: McRib

OMG, are they bringing those back? I had them, back in the day. I have no idea what they are really made out of. They were good, in a fast-food kind of way. I think. It was a long time ago that I had them, and alcohol was probably involved, so I'm probably remembering them from that perspective.

Re: McRib

No, don't save it. It went away for a reason. If you want to quit eating at McDonald's that sandwich will do the trick.

Re: McRib

Only under extreme duress does "food" from McDonald's go down my throat. I believe it's been 2 years, since Narita Airport (Japan)...and that is too short.

With places like Subway around, there are much better options if you need something on the run. Heck, a nice deli is better and quick. McD's supposedly has some healthier fare now, but I haven't been in to see. Yogurt parfeits or something? Salads? Can't imagine they're very good.

The BK salads are pretty good. Haven't had McD's yet, but with my work schedule I'm sure I will soon.

Re: McRib

I'm happy to say I haven't had anything from McDonald's in a loooooong time. Don't miss it one bit. The only McDonald's I would ever consider eating at is located in Gorham, NH. The best McDonald's in all the land IMHO.

Did you notice that the McDonald's food was different in Japan.... I mean it was still McDonalds but the meat was actually meat... I think.

I believe riding, like life, is 10% what happens and 90% how you react.

My father and brother will never eat in another Subway again. A lady brought a sandwich back to the counter while they were ordering that had maggots crawling in it. I'm sure it's an isolated incident, but damn. That would probably blacklist a chain for me too.

Is a paradigm worth 20 cents?
