Re: Ferrari FXX

The better question is who would buy that from a guy with only 33 feedbacks at a 97% positive rating AND whose last three vehicles were all less than $70k a piece. This is quite a leap from a guy who has been selling Mustangs and Vettes.

On $1,750,100.00?

48 months @ 5% = 40,303.56/month

Maybe if I put a little down.......

Re: Ferrari FXX

On top of NHF's questions:........
Or buy a car that isn't even yet built and delivered, or at less than Ferrari's price for the purchase of the car and experience, or the fact that Ferrari was very particular about what 20 individuals were allowed to put down deposits in the first place, or the fact that it is not street legal, etc.
It is also possible that like the Enzo the purchase will include a "lease" period where the car can't actually be sold.
Part of the $1.8M sales price in the first place is a two year track program anyway.
Once these are on the market second hand the prices will be much closer to $5M.
As soon as Ferrari's lawyers see that it will be gone.

Re: Ferrari FXX

how would some cheezy auto broker get his hands on such a limited car?.. When ferrari released the f50 to be considered you had to own a f40 and two other cars and be well known at the dealer which they are not. Seems like a scam.

Re: Ferrari FXX

THe first thought in my mind was how does this exotic lot have a car that Ferrari has to INVITE you to buy...

And Stegen, I believe the "regular" Enzo was open to anyone that could pony up the cash and get in line for one. I know that there were very few made, but with the FXX, it was a reward for distinguished Ferrari customers. Albeit a reward that costs you $2mil

Re: Ferrari FXX

I had read that you have to own 5 Ferrari (as in actually still have them) and be worth x amount of money just to be considered for purchase. And I think you had to show on track that you can handle something like that. And once you got that far a committee decided if you were gonna be allowed to get one.

And the special track program included racing lessons and a racing series for the car. Plus you get to keep the car in their warehouse and they transport it all over europe for you to the race venues.

if you can't convince them, confuse them.
