Walk The Line

Anyone else see it?

We took it in night before last. I think Reese Witherspoon stole the show. She's amazing (not only to look at), but what a set of vocal chords! Did all her own singing (as did Joachin Phoenix, in all fairness).

Anyway, I thought the movie was pretty well done, though it seemed a little long and dragged in places. It was, however, a fairly faithful representation of JC's substance abuse and music career through the point he married June Carter, at least according to what I know.

Re: Walk The Line

I planned on just getting the DVD, as I prefer movies at home now, but my GF really wants to go see it. Maybe over Christmas break when she has time.

Not gonna miss this one on the big screen, but I think Reese looks like a Chihuahua.

I do all my own stunts.

Also a huge Johnny Cash fan, but I'm afraid to put Hollywood's idea of Johnny in my head. Not sure if I'll see it or not.

Yes the bulgey fivehead and pointy snout could give that impression.... Wouldn't kick her out of bed for eating crackers though.

Re: Walk The Line

Is it just me or do they never show her butt? Is it huge?

I came here to chew bubble gum and to kick some ass...and I'm all out of bubble gum.
