Lawyer in the house?

I need to send a certified letter to a private individual advising them to no longer trespass on my land (it's actually on behalf of my mother). There aren't grounds to grant a restraining order (so the magistrate says), but this would allow them to arrest this person if they come back onto the property.

Any suggestions on wording?

Insert a note into the barrel of your 12 gauge right in front of a buckshot and send it to him next time he steps foot on the lawn.

Re: Lawyer in the house?

Well, it's my property, in another city, and my mother lives there. If I had been there and seen him slashing her tires, I would have.

Re: Lawyer in the house?

Well, we would have actually seen him there. It's a long story, with other incidents, but we have very good reason to believe it was him. Yes a police report was filed. She still has to go back and talk to the detectives so they can get the rest of the details.

Re: Lawyer in the house?

Buy a cheap 2 camera survelience system on ebay and catch him next time so you have evidence to press charges

Re: Lawyer in the house?

I'm no lawyer, but if I did give suggestions on wording I would guarantee he would get the message quite clearly. Now, how legal that would be is another story.

It's amazing how stupid some people can be.
