Annual Raise?

Along the lines of: https://www.fireblades.org/forums/off...mas-bonus.html

I got my little 2.8% salary increase this year. (The company is doing better, so it's better than the 1% I got last year. )

What about you?

Re: Annual Raise?

We get raises this time of year and bonuses in July at the end of the fiscal year. Haven't found out about the raise yet but I also haven't had a review yet either. The company is pretty cheap so I bet around 1%

Re: Annual Raise?

Our subsiderary company got 4% and ours will be in June.

It's amazing how stupid some people can be.

Re: Annual Raise?

won't know until march... odds are, it'll be in the 1-2% range.

Oh, and they 're-org'd' and dropped our bonus...

Re: Annual Raise?

I got 3% merit raise this time last yr from my old employer, they also gave me 4.5% at the annual review, then I got a 19% raise when I changed employers in August. So, I am good for awhile. But, most people have been chatting about their 2.8%. Bummer is, this company doesn't do profit sharing like the last so, no little bonus check this yr. That is okay cause we are doing some really cool stuff.

I got a $100 raise and I'll remind you all of my Christmas bonus of a candy cane. You just can't beat working for the state.

Re: Annual Raise?

Last year I got 3% and an "Oh yea, benefits are now more expensive" so that 3% is now 1.5%.

Don't know about this year yet. I'm hoping for 4-6%, but not holding my breath.

Re: Annual Raise?

My boss said 50% (no typo) after my 90days, plus FREE benefits!

Have to wait and see what I actually get tho.
