The Bob Loblaw Law Blog

Anyone watch Arrested Development? That show is hilarious. Some one got creative on this one.

Re: The Bob Loblaw Law Blog

Uh...that's how it works....

A relator is often actively recruited by a law firm, who's firm often finds a firm specializing in class action law suits, and they divvy up the often ill-gotten gains.

I've even heard a radio commercial looking for relators and members for class suits dealing with software licensing in companies.

Re: The Bob Loblaw Law Blog

Yeah, I see that, and I can say the name aloud and laugh too.

But it is a very real post about how those type of lawsuits work, and the specific case cited is exactly real.

Walburn is exactly the type of scum I'm talking about that "makes a living" (or tries to) at this.

Goto page 25 of the pdf (22 of the document) and read.

Nothing fake or funny (other than the stupidity of Walburn's attorneys) about the post.

Re: The Bob Loblaw Law Blog

Ummm... okay. I wasn't really paying much attention to the lawsuit.
