My wife blew up the damn brats

Due to the low 20's temps right now we decided to cook up some brats on the Forman like we've done many times before in winter. But this tiem I guess the brats musta pissed the wife off cause she blew them up all to hell. Never saw this happen and it made me laugh like crazy..

It being cold out is no excuse not to grill. Many times during my tenure in Maine I was out there bustin' the ice off the Weber and lighting the coals. Yeah, coals none this gas crap of turning a valve and pushing a button. Ahhhh, fresh grilled steaks deep in the heart of winter.

And cause no "its cold" thread would be complete w/o this fm Mojave... Sittin' here in shorts right now. Deep Fried two chickens yesterday outside in the warmth of the sun.

I used to cook out in the dead of winter all the time. Maybe I am getting old...

Re: My wife blew up the damn brats

We grill around 3 nights a week regardless of the weather. We have a grille on the deck and one in the garage, so whichever one lights up first gets the nod . . .

8F last night with -11F windchills and I was outside grilling some salmon. Only problem at that temp is your beer freezes if you don't chug it quickly!
