I've never seen that one. I like it.

I wonder if the officer was cited for "behavior unbecoming"? That was great language he used in public.
Not only that, I'm amazed that his voice was recorded at the distance it was.

Be creative... maybe a telephone pole, just like the one a few hundred feet in front of him?

How could he not report the damage. That idiot is online for the whole world to see. Not only that, a civilian was standing there that was asking about his need for help.
If he gave the person in the car a citation I can guarantee that they help report the incident.
