truck brakes?

Anyone have an opinion on truck brakes? My Toyota Tundra needs front brakes (pads and rotors). I don't go to the dealer for service, so I guess I'm looking at what the service place I use installs. They use Wagner ceramic pads. Are these good for a truck that tows a 7x14 trailer (with electric brakes) about a dozen or so times per year? Any other recommendations?
TIA!

Re: truck brakes?

I just replaced my Tundra brakes with stock pads. Previously I have had Toyota trucks be finiky about pads...aftermarket ones never seem to last as long and make a whole lot of noise. My dealer sends me monthly coupon flyers so I got a set for $60...I think normaly they are around $80.
