Not a Red Rider to me...but than again all posts seem new to me.

How many rounds does that hold?

Looks like a fun toy, but jeez man, slow down. Get ready to fire first!

Man, if this state wasn't such a great place to live, work and play...I went into a gun shop in Houston and they had high cap/drum everything in stock. Even a pretty good selection of class III stuff sitting on the shelf. Incredible.

Not sure on the capacity, but I'd guess at least 50 on each side.

$30 is lowest I've seen for AR15 30 rounders, and I haven't seen any Beta C mags, but I haven't looked specifically for them.

In need of anything specific, send me a PM.

Re: Drum-fed Glock

I don't know...I found their site but it doesn't have any pics of the shop.

It was pretty close to Cypress, and I think it was over by the 290.

NDD and I went to that range you recommended near downtown a while back, you could rent FA guns there too. I think they had a Tommy Gun and an Uzi. I asked if I could do double taps, or if they had a rapid fire rule (most ranges in Cali are real strict about slow fire fules), and the guy looked at me like I was nuts. Went through a bunch of ammo in a hurry that day.

If it was in a little shitty strip center, with a red H1 parked near the store, and only a few minutes from Cypress, then it was most like G&A. I do a lot of business there.

Cool about the gun range, lots o' fun!

BTW, down here, we don't use "the" when referring to freeways. You can always tell a "foreigner" when they say "the 290" or "the 10" etc. For example, when giving directions, we'd say, "Take 10 to 610, and go north to 290." There'd be three additional words in that sentence if spoken by a non-southerner.

Re: Drum-fed Glock

It was definately in a crummy little strip mall. I think there was a slot car place in the same one.

One of the other things I remember about the place was a good selection of Mitchell's Mausers.

Gun counter was on the right when you walk in the door, reloading and other gear on the left. I could definately see dropping coin in there, the staff was super friendly.

Funny. If you're from SoCal you say "the", NorCal no "the". It's a piece of vernacular I picked up like the day I got here for some reason.

Re: Drum-fed Glock

Wow, different Interstate lingo. Down this way we would say to take "I-20" to "I-26" If we were to just give the numbers all the RedNecks would be lost.

However, when I lived in ATL Directions were always Take the Perimeter to 85 N blah blah blah.
