4 Weeks and 12 Lbs Later...

Nutrisystem made my bike quicker.

I don't know if anyone has used Nutrisystem before. I was concerned going in that I would be starving by noon and that I would lose muscle along with the fat but that wasn't the case. You're even allowed to eat out when you want.

I didn't make any real changes to my workout, in fact I am actually doing less cardio because my current work schedule doesn't allow me to fit in my whole workout. My knees still want me to lose about 5 more pounds to stop hurting altogether (old sports injuries, not old age) but that should be easy.

And best of all, I still have my cannons.

It's the stuff you see on TV where a bunch of people talk about how they lost 80 pounds and such.

They send you a month's meals at a time. All you have to add to it are the perishable things; vegetables, fruit, salad and things like that. It basically proportions your meals for you so you don't have to add up or keep track of points or calories.

Nice job! Just remember, the hard part is keeping it off.

Much, much better than a few weeks ago. Walking and running don't hurt anymore.
