Whether you're "transferring" a thousand items that cost $70/piece, or a thousand items that cost $1/piece, you're still doing the same amount of work (which is what your pay should be based on).

I'll try to be nicer when you start trying to be smarter.

No ****. I've handled millions. Where's my back pay?!

Is a paradigm worth 20 cents?

Re: ZX 10 transformation

I don't do any work. I just exploit the workers, hanging on to outdated imperialist dogma which perpetuates the economic and social differences in our society.
Does that count?

So if a salesman sells 10 compact cars, each with $900 of margin, he should get paid the same as a salesman that sells 10 SUVs, each with $9000 of margin?

And then there's this asshole...

that couldn't be more wrong. its funny how you think you know exactly what my job entails.

and don't threaten me with jokes, make them. I'll laugh if its funny.

we can get back on topic now though.

if you can't convince them, confuse them.

Depends on which one of them has the super password.

Okay, if cbr929re is selling $60-70k worth of product each week, and not just moving it from one location to another, your point is valid. Otherwise, it's a useless analogy.

I'll try to be nicer when you start trying to be smarter.

Creating revenue is one thing; having it pass through your hands is another.

Is a paradigm worth 20 cents?

Is that why the lot attendant that unloads $300000 worth of trucks from the carrier only gets $10 an hour?

And then there's this asshole...

No, he only gets $10/hour because The Man is trying to keep him down and not paying him what he's worth.
Damned evil corporations. Who do they think they are, anyway?

Get out of the office, on the road, visit some parts departments and secure some big fat corporate accounts.

anyone who just works in a store has nothing to do with setting up "big fat corporate accounts" thats handled by the people who are above the people above us. The biggest account we have is Midas, nationally they get most if not all their parts from us. It's the small guy where the money comes from though. I think in my store the commercial department has 120-130 accounts with shops in the area.

if you can't convince them, confuse them.
