Seinfeld in Louisville 9 DEC 06

So my wife is telling me that she bought us tickets to see Jerry Seinfeld next month and it finally hit me like a ton of bricks. Something had been bothering me ever since we got to Barber and her comment solved my mystery. That agonizing thought in the back of my head shot forward with amazing clarity:

Re: Seinfeld in Louisville 9 DEC 06

Great show. I found out after we arrived that our show, 930pm, was an added show because the original 7pm show sold out 8 hours after tickets became available. Between the opening act, Mark Schiff, and Seinfeld, it was just short of two hours of constant laughing.

After the show, Seinfeld came out and just chatted with everyone, answering questions and stuff. He even addressed the Michael Richards SNAFU. "He made a mistake, apologized and I wasn't involved." When he did his "Hello, Newman", I was instantly reminded of CBRVFR

Schiff and Seinfeld have a similar approach to their routines so it was an almost seamless transition between the two. A great pair to see live.

They have a couple more dates after Christmas in Las Vegas if anyone else is interested. Jerry Seinfeld Live - Find tickets to upcoming performances

Cool. We saw him in Raleigh last year. Mario Joyner opened for him then.

Cool,

So I take it he did not pull a "Kramer".

It's amazing how stupid some people can be.

He did make a joke about why people need to be told to leave a message after the beep and how even Massai bushmen know to leave a message after the beep. He even said Mbala Mbala Mbala Beeeep.

I was going to be offended but I was laughing too hard to call him a cracker.
