I find it hard to believe but I hardly feel sorry for him. I have a hard time digesting tickets that are handed out around here for +10kph (6mph) when officers are cruising the street at easily +20 or much more than that on highways. I can't stand the hypocrisy.

I really do find it hard to believe 'cause that slip is going to cause the 'professional courtesy' to disappear between those two groups! Ha.

Oops, I missed that part (the blue light thing threw me 'cause blue lights mean snow removal up here). Anyway, yeah, I raise the BS flag as well. That boy was just going flat out on his way back to Donut Delight.
