Re: Who do you like so far?

No I don't want you to start bickering, just a simple question. So far I really like what General Clark is saying, if we were voting now, that is who I'd vote for.

Re: Who do you like so far?

Not bickering either, but you may want to find out a bit more about Clark before you toss your vote at him, Booth.
He's not exactly a Democrat.
He's being told what to say and when to say it. Not coming up with anything on his own.
What exactly is he saying that you like?
When he said that he probably would have voted for the war?
Or the very next day when he said he never would have voted for the war?
How about when he said that he only registered as a Democrat because someone wouldn't return his calls?
Or, when a year and a half ago he spoke at a GOP convention talking about how the current administration (named them by name) are such great people, personal friends and they are doing an excellent job, going on to say how great Bush is and how we need him as President?
Maybe it's his distinguished career?
His rank and command at NATO were gained politically, not due to his military record. The Pentagon was against giving him both. Gen.Hugh Shelton has made some very negative remarks regarding Clark.
Clark led the unathotized by the UN war in Bosnia, and some of his leadership quit, saying they felt he was purposely trying to start WWIII.
Clark was fired by klinton (well, given the chance to resign before being fired) due mainly to ethical problems.

Anyway, do some searching into who he is before deciding.
Also, be sure he is even going to be a Presidential candidate first. Most anyone watching him knows what's truly going on.
If he keeps his ratings up, he will end up as the VP nominee to hitlary.

As for me, my Presidential vote will go to the new R1.

Re: Who do you like so far?

I'd vote for Bush again. The safety of this country should be everyone's priority right now.

As for Clark, this guy is all over the place with what he proclaims his postions are now compared to what they were just two years ago. I don't think you can trust a guy that is saying everything he 'thinks' he needs to say now. Hell, the guy said he would have been a Republican if only Bush returned his phone calls. Anyone that can just pick whichever side is convenient for him at the moment is not a leader, and should certainly not be handed the reins to the most powerful country in the world. He's already lying out his ass about a lot of things, or being inconsistent with things he has said in recent months and years.
