Re: Ethos

you can't honestly believe that you'd gain 20% fuel economy. I can see maybe 2% but not 20. and I'd never add anything to but fuel and oil. they serve two completely different purposes so why would you add the same thing to both?

if you can't convince them, confuse them.

Re: Ethos

I was in the middle of experimenting with this stuff in my 94 Grand Cherokee 5.2L 4X4.
With over 200K on the engine and running it out of oil once. It gets about 12.5 MPG. Did the oil and fuel thing and I'm now at 14 MPG. This after one tankful. Right after the first tankful, I got under the jeep and discovered bad control arm bushings front and rear. Some didn't have any rubber left in them.
I just got the parts I need. So after it stops raining, I'll put it all back together and continue the test.
Funny thing is that it must be like Amsoil/Amway because a guy called me up to find out how it was working for me.
At this point, it's a wash because of what the Ethos costs. But if it gets any better, I'll be hooked.

Just beware, my one tankful really means nothing and should not be taken as an indorsement.
