The whole thing just makes me sic!!! The one person in your life that you should never have to fear is your spouse. I couldn't imagine being betrayed (if you want to call it that) by the one person you share your whole life with, the one you trust your most intimate thoughts and feelings with. Ok I better stop!

During this whole thing, there was a report that one of the top killers of pregnant women is murder! Most pregnant women will be killed by their husband/boyfriend during the last trimester. They say that this is because she is showing so much that it hits the man that this is real, what ever!

the evdidence looks pretty damning to me conq.....i mean the moron put her in the water where he said he was fishing! 'fishing' on a crappy cold day I might add, add in the mistress.....then tries to run to mexico..... dont usually jump to many conclusions.....but the guy is a sicko. And he'll get his due.

Believe me, the DA wouldn't have brought this guy in and charged him with double homicide unless they had a good case against him. Of what I know from a couple LEO restricted listservs I'm on, there is a mountain of evidence against him. Sure, he deserves a trial and all, but statistically speaking he's well over 90% likely to have murdered his spouse... and that's before we get to the evidence.

You'd probably feel a little differently if you were a violent crime victim or a relative of one.

So being a victim of a violent crime gives you the right to make anyone you want guilty of a crime? I think not.

No matter how much you THINK you know about the case, you don't know jack. There are a very few people who know the details of the case, and we aren't any of them.

And you, being a cop, makes it even worse. I hate to know there are cops out there who are so quick to rush to judgement.

I wouldn't want to be in your area and happen to look kinda like someone who comitted a crime... I wouldn't stand a chance.
