how to put mp3s to wav?

can you use windows media player? and if so, how? any other pro that do?

Why would you want to? A 3meg mp3 is about 45megs in a Wav

WMP will automatically convert it to WAV, or regular CD format when you go to burn the CD.

Only if they are burned as audio tracks though. And most any up to date burning software will burn MP3/WAV/etc as audio tracks.
