Re: weather forecast

I know how you feel, right now we're at about -21 C. add in the windchill and it's under -35C. It hurts to go outside. My poor motorcycle has to put up with this crap sitting in the cold garage. I hope the anti-freeze works! Keep warm and remember it will be summer eventually!

Re: weather forecast

Having been born & lived in the Prairie Provinces of Cdn for some 62 yrs you have an idea of why I moved to the southern centeral part of B.C. Cdn called Okanagan Valley. Better weather & good up & down twisty Mtn roads I took a liking to back in '47. Sorry to see you guys/gals suffer, but for the above I even made a change in my way of living/life--------all for the better.

It's even nicer living an hour from the slopes and being able to ride all year round...and have it 63 at 1pm...

Where do you go? I've skied at Elk Mountain and Montage (sp). I miss the snow but not the cold!

Wow, someone who knows the area, I live 5 minutes from Montage so thats where i spend most of my time (season pass), I havent been to Elk this year yet but most likely in the next week or so... Camelback happens to be one of my local favorites though. Frost and Boulder just seen to draw too much of a big city crowd for my liking.... What an area, there is at least 10 resorts within an hour from me !
