Re: Very satisfying

Just got back from a ride in the humidity soup that is N. Texas springtime

At a stoplight this hardley with >700lbs of oldman and oldlady come past. The guy blips his 'hog' as he passes me and stops just ahead. * I gave him the Sato blip right back and saw him literally cring with angst that my bike sounded better than his rolling junk heap

Re: Very satisfying

The twins sound oh-so-good

One time I stopped behind a friend of mine on his RC. Shield up, I didn't think anything of it until he revved it up. Talk about windblast With so much exhaust coming out, how can it be that the RCs are so much slower, hmm?

Re: Very satisfying

Yeah, the Harley riders don't realize that sportbikes come in V-Twin flavor as well. My Duc sounds better than they do, too!

Re: Very satisfying

Ermm .... Brought back a thread from 2003?

But yeah, those voltages seem ok.

If the bike isn't braking properly, you don't start by rebuilding the engine.
