I can't believe not one comment on this. BUMP!

The Military Commissions act is just well...

And it would be harder to explain it as well, explain why it didn't grab the press (hey, pages are more important than Constitutional rights!) and with great sarcastic humor, as Olbermann did in this piece.

People look into this before voting. There are many politicians that need punishment for this.

With luck someone like the ACLU will get this in front of the Federal judiciary, and then it will be all over. The legislature cannot make a law the violates the Constitution.

The founders made it difficult so that the government could not easily abuse its power. If the constitution makes King George's job toohard, he should quit and let someone more capapable run things.
