Outer banks Vacation Rental

Looking for a rental property in the Outer Banks. Preferably on the beach. Looking for Later Sept, early October time frame.

Does anyone know of any, or a good place to look? I'd really appreciate any help.

Thanks,

HD and his wife.

I go every year over Thanksgiving for windsurfing
www.outerbeaches.com reality has a lot of rental properties
Basically the farther south towards Cape Hatteras you go the more isolated
you get . ie if your into the big shopping mall experience your not going to get it that far south but if like the non crowds small atmosphere back to nature South it is.

Have fun
Ed

Man the prices in on the page from strykerakamack are a lot cheaper than JetbDude's. Is there something I should know?

Nothing you should know except have a great time :)
Ive never had a problem with any rentals . Prices vary by time of year and how big a place you need plus location .

Peace

Price should be pretty much the same everywhere.... Beachfront house are the most expensive though, not only for the location, but you'll see that they are all pretty big. Most are good for 10 people and more.

Gotta' love the "off-season" when all the kids have gone back to school. :thumb:

I'm having trouble finding a place. Do the hurricanes have everything messed up right now?

I'm looking to go down from Sept 23-30 but am running into a problem finding a place that will rent for either a) a partial week (ie- 25th-30th instead) or b) will do something other than a Saturday to Saturday unless it is less than 10 days from my arrival date.

I have to have a Hot Tub, and would prefer to also have a private pool. I don't have to be on the ocean, but I would at least like to have a view, and I have to be able to bring my dog. Also, I don't want to pay more than $600 or so.

Can anyone help?

dan

You want a place with a hot tub and private pool, for a week, for $600 total, or $600/day?

I know that it's a long shot, 600 total. 5-7 days. Okay, I'll go to 700 but I'm not happy about it.
