Dyeing stretch panels in leather suit

Hi there

I've got a perfectly serviceable set of black Alpinestars leathers with grey fabric panels that looks very scruffy. I'd like to dye the fabric panels black.

Is this possible? has anyone out there done this?

Thanks

Re: Dyeing stretch panels in leather suit

....I'll take that as a 'no' then

The material in the stretch panels (in older suits at least) have a high Kevlar content. The sleeve of my suit was damaged in an off, so I've had the panels replaced with black ones. But at 100 a metre for the material I couldn't afford to have the trousers done too. I've bought some spray on fabric dye and will let you know how I get on.

Assuming anyone's interested
