converting to race 929

Hi guys, I'm new here. I am in the process of converting a 929 for racing this season. My main concern is to get rid of the ignition switch and run a toggle instead. I already know about the zener diode, but looking at the ignition switch I see there's power to 3 circuits when the key is off... do I need a 6 prong toggle or a regular one will work? Your help is appreciated, and any other tips as well...this is my first Honda.
