Indigo Double Barrel Exhust ! What Jetting ?

Ok Fellas, first time poster long time lurker ! lol...

Ok here we go, I have a 1998 Honda Cbr 900 rr with less then 3,200 miles . I just bought a full Indigo Double Barrel exhaust system from a friend. The company who manufacture it may be out of business, have tried calling the number on the website but no answer... I would like to know from the Techs on here what would be a good staring point for jetting, I am installing a K&N air filter with no air box mods and no ignition work either.. I have been inclined to go stage 1 , normally I call the exhaust manufacture and ask for a starting point . Also please note I am at sea level in South Florida.. Guys I really appreciate any feed back ... I will post pics shortly of the bike ! thanks..

The upper Fairing is missing on the top one as I wanted to clean a bit the nooks and crannies trying to keep it clean prestine ! Bike now has 3,200 miles !

The Nite shot was when I first got her at 1,200 miles....

I love this bike...

I'd ride it first and see if it has any problems and then go from there.
