The sync I believe Is set to the #3 cylinder reading. In this picture, the #2 adjuster is shown just to the left of the idle adjuster. The screw head is shown, as well as the retainer spring. The other adjusters are gotten to the same way in between the other carbs. Don't push to hard when adjusting, it will skew the reading on the gauges. Good luck
