Also, if you're able to, member Tweezy666 has a new in the box never opened kit for a 900RR. It may be for the later 96-97 years, but running 120 mains and 40 slows is a good set up for any 900RR. It will work just fine for your 94. He's on the US west coast, but has no use for the kit.

I'm a little confused as to how you know your jets are "worn". The years of fuel running through them has wore away material? Or is it because the slot to remove them is damaged?

I'm sure he could ship it to the UK. Depending on the price of the kit, it might be worth it.

Yes, I think I will have to go with mister silver spares on this occasion, he's quite good, but a little pricey is all.

For some stuff DS is expensive however for other bits they're really good. I picked up a brand new NOS stator cover for less than a tatty used one.

Re: Standard Carb Kit for 94 Fireblade

Actually yes, he did me a great price on some stuff last year, and to be fair he ssupplied me stuff I couldn't find too, so I take back what I just said, I think my gripe is that I can't work out his website, it confuses the hell out of me, but phone them up and they are very efficient and friendly. Will be going there, once I've sorted out my current tappety tap problem that has just arisen...

That's been my experience, when I rebuilt my 1994 893 they were brilliant especially with small, hard to find, genuine parts which the main dealers no longer stock. Their website however is very basic and out of date. like you say it's worth calling them.
