What’s this part called

They’re from a set of handguards and the bolts are designed to go into hollow bars and expand when tightenend.

I need to get more. Where to order in metric size with Allen head?

Re: What’s this part called

They use similar anchors in the link you posted. We’re you able to see the part I circled?

Re: What’s this part called

I’m just trying to find the proper name of those parts so I can go somewhere like Fastenal to get extras for my toolbox and also to replace one that was lent to me. I’m hoping that I won’t need to order a full kit just to do so.

Re: What’s this part called

I’m expecting a bundle of 10-15 of these for $11, although I only want about 2-3 of them. I grabbed a screenshot and will have a talk with the Fastenal guy.

Re: What’s this part called

Best price I could find was $7.99 for a pair. Information gleaned indicates it’s can be known as a “wedge anchor”. Acerbic also sells them as a “ram bar insert replacement”. Apparently there’s profit margin to be had in these as many people lose them.

Where I found best price for us Yanks
