Re: Anyone use one of these trailers

I used to have a similar one, should've kept it. It should work fine as long as the "C" channel is wide enough for your rear tire. On some of the older 3 rail bike trailers the channel is too narrow for a 190, but you can remedy that with a tiedown around the wheel/channel. Just make sure the tires and hub bearings are in good shape, clean/repack the hub bearings, shances are it's never been done. I put Bearing Buddies on mine. A blowout or bearing failure at highway speed while hauling your pride and joy will ruin your whole day.

Re: Anyone use one of these trailers

If the bearings are ok and the hubs are sound, that trailer would fetch about $400 - 500 here in CA.
You could put new bearings and seals in for less than $100. And since it's light weight, tires should be pretty cheap too.

$150 is a good deal on that if it has a wide enough channel. You hardly ever see the bike specific ones come up for sale that cheap. Good luck!
