Do we know for sure that the wheels were damaged BEFORE he shipped them? If they were packaged like the 1st pic you posted then I can see that happening during shipment.

I told him to mummify them in saran/stretch wrap one layer, then padding, then more wrap. He did an excellent job of wrapping them up cocoon style. Even used blankets and those corrugated padded window reflective shades for your car window to wrap around them and then each rim was separated from the other with a center divider. So no it was not done in transit, they had to be like that when he wrapped them up to ship them.

Probably can't get money back from paypal unless they've changed their buyr protection program, , you hafta buy off of ebay to get the protection since ebay bought them.
