looking for shift fork 99 900rr

Just bought bike new rider don't know allot about bike found out most likely have bent shift fork 2nd gear slips possibly bad drum on budget but would like to get it fixed for cheaper then shop price in the Lafayette In on here our know someone around here lmk

Is it the same as a 929? I've got 2 shift forks out of a 929. In Michigan.

not a cheap or easy job. can be done without splitting cases if you just replace the fork, but if they gears or drum are damaged/worn the repair won't last.

I have all the shift forks and the shift drum that came off of a 99. Maybe compare to what you have and see if its any better. Let me know. $100 + shipping which should be less than $20 bucks.
