Just to add...

AJ04 will need a HISS ECU & corresponding HISS Chip (or maybe the complete set including lockset and keys)

It's the immobiliser that's built into the ECU on non-US bikes.

I take it that it comes with a key? The HISS chip is a small transponder chip which lies beneath the shiny side of the key (theres a Honda logo on that side)

The ignition switch is different though and I don't know if you can wire a HISS ignition switch into the US harness. It's probably doable.

Did you find out the market letter after the SC50?
the chassis no. is SC501000xxx, that's it. all the stickers are in japanese.
If i open it up will, the ecu reveal anything?
