I was going to say the same thing about the headlamps... they don't "flow" IMO.

i don't know if its just because HBO has constantly been showing Transformers, but the front end looks like a transformer to me

The 08 CBR looked like a bug. The R1 looks like some strange little transformer as you say.

The CBR grew on me, hopefully the R1 will.... But whats with these silly exhausts these days?!

I like the look of new R1 (maybe not the exhaust), and my wife loves it. Probably that will be her new bike next year.
