Finally on the road!
After picking up the bike for just $1500 AUD, I decided I would invest (read: waste) some bucks on a toy.
I loved the looks, and the 954 has a great reputation.
While mine will never increase in value, it is still a classic modern superbike.

Modifications

Drivetrain
Tyres are currently street Michelin rubber.
Wheels are currently stock, but have been powdercoated to be Repsol Orange.

Next step will be to upgrade the wheels...either Marseshini or if I can stomach it, a set of BST Carbon Fiber wheels...
When the tyres wear out, I will be upgrading to Michelin Power RS.
Interior
Stock engine with 30000kms.
Had a full service, checking internals, etc. to make sure healthy...near factory spec even after 17yrs and 30k.
Hindle full exhaust with Titanium/Carbon Fiber EVO can.
K&N air filter.
Servo delete with Skutr Servo Buddy.
Flapper mod (all cables removed).
Power Commander V.
Full dyno tune courtesy of ProCycle Dyno.

No current plans for further power just yet. I would like to find another couple of HP, but weight reduction is probably more realistic.
When the engine blows, I will be replacing the engine with a race-built engine...because why not?
Exterior
All original fairings.
Full custom paintjob.
Single seat rear cowl.
Proton 500 LED v2 flushmount indicators up front, stock rear (have a spare set of Proton v2 but they would have been very obviously illegal on the rear).

Since this, there are no future plans for bodywork...yet.
Audio
Stock suspension bodies.
Revalved with Gold Valves.
Tune by XXXRated Suspension.
Tuned to my weight and style.
Scotts Performance steering damper.

Full Brembo set up including:
- 2x 4 Piston calipers up front (gold)
- 1x 2 Piston caliper rear (gold)
- Brembo drilled disks front and rear
- Brembo street/sport pads
- Brembo 32/30 front master cylinder + brake lever (foldable)
- Brembo clutch lever
- Castrol race spec brake fluid
- HEL ADR approved stainless braided lines (silver braid, clear coat)
- Custom caliper brackets.

Unlikely to ever upgrade to Ohlins, but it is still on the table as I would love a set...
Suspension
What?
Wheel and Tire
Standard at this time.

Considering upgrading the dash to something more modern...liked the DaVinci II but needs to be road legal...
