Starts and runs fine. Go out for a 15 minute to 2 hour ride and it's fine. Shut it off after the ride, and the bike cranks but won't start. After several days to a week, it starts fine until you ride it awhile and shut it off, then no start.

No error codes. Removed the power commander in case that might be an issue. No change.

Anyone have any advice on where to look?

high mileage?
Crazy longshot, but perform a leak-down test to check valve clearances. If it's cold(er) out and the valves aren't "seating", you may lack compression at start-up.

I haven’t had the bike for almost 5 years but if you switch key on and don’t hear the fuel pump priming, it’s likely the relay on the side of the bike near the tail light. I used to switch it with the headlight relay and eventually bought a new. Didn’t actually fix it completely but decreased the amount of times it wouldn’t start.

Narrow it down.
Next time shows signs of not firing
take a plug wire out, put a spare plug in, and ground it to the head to see if you have spark
if you dont have spark, bypass the clutch, kickstand and Tip over sensor etc....
If it has spark but wont fire, you internal fuel pump filter is likely the culprit.
