No spark while cranking the engine on any of the plugs?
Maybe a killswitch problem?
Is the fuel pump priming normally?

I had a problem like this and spent hours and hours trouble shooting and finally found someone with an ecm so I swapped them out an the problem was solved. Not saying that is what the problem is but maybe you can ask around to see if you can swap with anyone just for a second that way you can eliminate a crazy computer right off the get go.

O'yeah other things I would check.
Make sure all your grouns are secure and all the wires are snapped in properly thru out the bike
Make sure your battery is strong
Next test your cam pulser generator, not sure if the is the exact wording of this item but I have had this fail and your ecm will play tricks on you
Of course make certain your fuel pump is priming as mentioned above
Also mentioned, take your killswitch on the bars is working properly sometime just take it off the bars and look to see if anything is broken or brittle.
After that bang your head into the wall as you are going to just have to start slowly working your way thru the bike and testing and making sure all things are functioning proper. Good luck I love working on my bikes but hate these types of issues as they can become a real pain in the butt for me. Hope you figure it out quickly:smilierr:

Hey thanks for the help guys im going to give it all a shot. Will most likely end up banging my head against the wall lol. And if it was a kill switch problem would i still have to power to the coils? and the bike actually turns over just no fire on the spark plug

I had the same issue after a bad ground connection on my 929, Unfotuanatly it Was a bad ECU for me. I had 12v on the coil when the key was switched on, but no 100v when cranking, I put the ECU in my track bike and same ****, so I know the ECU was the problem.

What issues did your ecm play on you when your pulser failed? I have an 02 954 and I had to replace that exact item. Now the bike wil Not start.

My pulse generator didn't fail. I had a burnt ground connection inside the main harness. Water got in it and corroded about 12 ground wires. The first symptom was not cluster lighting and no headlight. The next day it was a no start. The ecu was fried. The connector in question is taped up in the main harness on the right side of the fuel tank run along the frame. Orange connector .

OK I'll check that out. Thank you. And to clarify it was not my pulse generator it was the cam sensor. That tells the injection when to fire. I think that's what it does any ways. But thank you and I'll check it out right now.

Well I have obtained a Manuel. And still nothing! I have done everything I can thing of and that the book says to. I have 9.3 volts on the pink wire. I'm getting 3.8 volts from the pulse generator. And I'm getting 2.4 at the cam pulse senor. Which the Manuel says .7 minimum so I'm well above that and still no spark no fuel from my injectors. Everything works like it should when you turn the key pump primes. Head lights all doing what they should but not starting. Please please please help. Is there a way to test the ecu? Could it be the ecu?

Have you studied the wiring diagram? Are you getting power to the spark plugs? On my 929 its a black and white wire that's on the right side of the airbox. There is a connector there you can check with a voltmeter. If that's dead the bike won't fire.

I have a similar problem right now,
the bike wouldn't start last Monday.
I had really shite spark. Cleaned up the plugs but don't think that is the root cause, have checked the initial peak voltage and getting 1.7Volts but then checked the primary peak voltage - getting 17 volts using a Fluke 287 multimeter set to measure peak voltaage.

How did you check for 100v?
did you use a special adapter like the manual says?
did you get any voltage?
