has been in my garage for months and its getting in the way!! this is actually my buddy's bike but i will be making the sale, clean title (he knows, it b ok). he had sold this bike to an idiot kid that never paid him and ended up jacking the bike up and left it for dead at a parking lot!! was MIA for about 6 months, was flawless before....but now........minor scratches, dent on tank, slight tear on seat, everything stock, 13,334 miles, only bout 100 miles on tires.

the kid jacked it up though, took to shop and was told the cam chain tensioner needed changed, hasnt been moved in about 6 months and droped most of oil. sounds horrible but would be a great project for a do-it-yourselfer....i think:hmm:

my monkey friend still thinks he can get 3000 for it!! mechanic will charge arm and leg and possibly an eye to fix this.......asking 2500.....but everyone knows money talks, very very very very negotiable at this time!!!!!

holler if you need more info, pm me, or i can get you an email if you want

Real shame they busted it up, how did they put that dent in the tank? I hope he had words with the person that took it.
I had one of those! Mine was red and black though.
Doesn't look that bad (apart from cosmetics)

Good Luck with the sale :thumb:

that dam kid was never found, but we did find that he had a warrant out for his arrest so he will get his!! we think he tried wheelies or something stupid....the owner of the parking lot said it was parked there for about a month and finally took it to his place and tried contacting my buddy for about 6 months, he was being a good samaritan but ended up charging 1000 for storage fee!!!:idunno: he said the impound would have cost more:idunno:

I know its more time consuming, but would it be better if you were to part her out? (Just wondering whether the parts exceed the $2000?)

Or for that price, can't you keep it and re-build it?
i dont trust myself to get inside the engine, i bet i could take it apart really fast but putting it back together would be the kicker................but the part out...........:hmm: hmmmm.....good thinking twin
