obviously crashed...make sure title is clean and look at the frame real good to make sure its not damaged and id say go for it...at the very least u could part it out and recoup your money.

ive heard of it done before but have never seen a build thread. i suppose it depends on the dimensions of the steering stem...

it shouldnt be too hard to fit the rc front end...might be as easy as switching bearings or u might have to have a custom stem fabricated...ive seen guys fit 929 and gsxr front ends to old 80's cb's and id bet itll be easier on the newer bike.
