time for a new tire on the 954 / Blade... was looking to try a Diablo Corsa III in 190/55 and wondering if anybody had any clearance issues under the hugger or a dramatic change in the geometry of the bike that was noticeable & needed any correction? ive been running a DC3 180/55 on the rear and find myself spinning it up & chewing through it too quickly with hard acceleration out of the turns & down the straights, figured I'd try something with a little more contact patch.

I've been running Pirelli slicks in a 190/55 rear for several years and never had any clearance issues, but can't say about the stock hugger on a 954. The 190/55 gives a better contact patch when leaned over...

For reference, my question was what profile of front tire should one run with the 190/55. My fault for jacking the thread. Either way, I am now running a set of Dunlop Qualifiers sized at 120/70 and 190/55. So far, realy squirly, but that's to be expected when coming from a 9300 mile bt-14in the front and a 300 mile match in the back.
