So I have a 1996 Cbr900rr street fighter, I built it myself, it ran like a bat out of hell, so I took it to work one night, basically got caught in a thunderstorm and was riding for more than 30 minutes on a naked bike no front fender either, got home turned it off as usual, next morning no spark, so I checked all my wires, no problems there, let coils dry out, changed my rectifier (just in case) sprayed wd40 everywhere, used one of my spare ecus (just in case) still no spark, I tested and I’m not getting any form of signal to my Yellow/blue etc… coil leads, i ohms tested the Pulse generator and got 469ohms but switched my meter to VAC and got nothing when turning it over from the pulse generator, Iv already ordered a new one but in the mean time any one know why the PG went bad?

You got water in the plug to the gauges or headlight.
Both make constant circuit and no fire without them.
Run a front fender. All of that is covered by the fender, upper, and windscreen from water.
