I removed the subframe from my 1997 blade because the original was cracked near one of the mounts. I noticed that the subframe was narrower than the frame by about 3mm at the top mounts and this is the same for the replacement. Am I missing washers? Is something bent? Or does the subframe distort slightly to fit when the bolts are tightened?

Also, does anyone know the torque settings for the bolts?

Thanks,

Mark

Weird. I just looked for the torque info in my shop manual (pdf version). No torque values are given. All it says for removal is "Remove the seat rail mounting bolts, nuts and seat rail". For installation it says "Install the seat rail in the reverse order of removal".

Parts list shows no washers or additional spacers.
