I completely removed all the parts from the HTEV unit in the exhaust and the flapper and surrounding panels from the airbox and all the cables. I have left the servo installed for the moment until i can find out how to make a replacement wire loop so the computer doesnt get an error code.

My question is, Does anyone have a PCIII map for a setup with all the HTEV stuff removed and a Yoshimura bolt-on muffler or something similar?

Or am i going to have to get a custom map done?
Do you mean that you replaced the HTEV housing with straight through pipes or did you just remove the valve and plate it off?
I would think flow would be smoother with the valve intact.
Just try some maps for full systems.
You can make your own "custom" map without needing a dyno. The same way we jetted carbs for decades - make adjustments and test ride it.

I removed the valve and plated it off. You reckon it would be better to leave the valve fixed in the open position?

what system are you using bladeracer?
I've never seen flow testing of the HTEV but I'd be very surprised if a gutted housing flows better than one with the valve in place. Whether one or the other produces more useful power though is what really matters and trying both would be the only way to determine that. Leaving it in also has the advantage of giving you all three positions so you can use it in the 3000-8000RPM range around town and set it to the 8000RPM+ position for track days as required.

I'm running a full titanium Akrapovic system.
