Well both of the high beam bulbs were blown! But I guess it was an indicator letting me know the voltage regulator was going bad. I replaced that and have not had any problems with lighting. If you want to I would check and make sure the fuse is ok and check the wires! I have also had better luck with the cheap bulbs from Wal-mart than I have with like silverstars or other more expensive bulbs. I guess they cannot handle the higher vibrations.
A good thing to remember is that the high beam indicator lamp is working in the same circuit as the headlamp bulbs. So if it works and the headlamps dont work on high beam, chances are the bulbs are blown.
