bike spluttering at 4500 rpm. Have changed fuel tank/pump throttle bodies/injectors. plugs, wireing harness, ecu, hiss, generator, cam sensor, sidestand switch, spark pickup,removed exhaust valve. totally stuck has anybody any ideas.:crying::crying:

It does this regardless of gear or throttle position?
You didn't mention the fuel pressure regulator - have you checked it?

Spluttering in any gear or throttle position. Fuel pressure pump was changed with throttle bodies/injectors etc.

Not sure bike was bought in winter exhaust changed power commander and k/n filter fitted
Then bike set up on dyno then parked in shed for rest of winter. Have changed exhaust and tried bike with power commander disconnected.still the same

Bike was checked on dyno and found Spluttering was caused by overfueling. Have run out of ideas so engine is going to be replaced.

How is replacing the engine going to affect the fueling?
