If I at a steady lower thansay 50 mps speed it my drive train seems rough. Seem to buck and chug somewhat. I thought it was chain and sprocket. When I changed those it made no difference. Anyone else experience this?

If you're in a high gear at that speed (50mps?) it's probably normal.
Keep the rpm above 4000rpm and it should be smoother.

Thanks but happens in lower rpms too. I get the chance to ride all different bikes and this rides rough for some reason.

Lower rpms would certainly make it worse. That's why you ride in a lower gear to keep the rpm up.
How does your 929 compare to the '00 GSXR750 or R1 or similar sports bikes?

Seems to be an inherent issue with 929 and 954.I have had both and they feel similar to what you describe.
Kind of like a hot chick that eats crackers in bed....you overlook it
